Job Description:
As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing IT consultants who are on the bench with client companies. You will play a critical role in ensuring optimal utilization of consultants and maximizing revenue generation through effective sales and placement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
- Identify consultants who are on the bench through various channels including internal databases, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Evaluate consultants skills, experience, and qualifications to match them with client requirements.
Client Engagement and Sales:
- Actively market and promote consultants to prospective clients.
- Prepare and present resumes and profiles that highlight consultants strengths and suitability for client projects.
- Negotiate rates, contract terms, and other conditions with clients to secure placements.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients.
- Understand client needs and consultant capabilities to facilitate successful placements.
- Provide ongoing support to consultants and clients throughout the recruitment and placement process.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all placements comply with legal and organizational requirements.
- Handle contracts, paperwork, and documentation related to placements.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities.
- Adapt recruitment strategies based on market insights to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role in the IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in Human Resources or relevant field (a plus).
