Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting bench candidates for various IT positions. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment.

Qualifications And Skills

  • - 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment
  • - Proven track record of successfully placing bench candidates
  • - Strong knowledge of IT technologies and terminologies
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to work independently and in a team
  • - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • - Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • - Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
  • - Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
  • - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Roles And Responsibilities

  • - Source potential bench candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
  • - Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • - Present qualified candidates to clients based on their requirements
  • - Negotiate and finalize compensation packages with candidates
  • - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective bench sales strategies
  • - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job data in the recruitment system
