Job Overview
We are hiring a Bench Sales Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience in the IT industry. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified IT candidates for contract and ongoing requirements. You will work closely with our clients to understand their staffing needs and match them with the right candidates in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting IT candidates
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels and recruitment methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Experience in negotiating contract terms and ensuring compliance
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the staffing industry
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of IT technologies and domains
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
