Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and securing IT consultants for placement on our bench, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with client companies. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully placing IT consultants on projects
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and current market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proficient in using online job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates
  • Negotiate and finalize compensation packages with candidates and handle all related paperwork
  • Manage the bench of IT consultants, including tracking their availability and proactively marketing them to potential clients
  • Stay updated on market trends and changes in the IT industry to better understand client requirements and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support business development activities and ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
