Indus Group Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BENCH SALES RECRUITER to join our team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and placing technologically skilled candidates for our clients on projects across various industries. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good understanding of the IT industry and technology trends
- Familiarity with visa types and work authorization processes
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential candidates for bench sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and qualifications
- Match candidates to appropriate job requirements
- Negotiate rates and contracts with candidates
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their staffing needs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate successful placements
