We are seeking a talented Bench Sales Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates who can fulfill our client's staffing needs. This is a Full-Time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

- Proven track record of successfully filling bench sales positions

Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with prospective candidates for bench sales positions
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future requirements
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills and suitability for client requirements
- Coordinate with sales and account management teams to understand client requirements
- Negotiate and finalize compensation packages for selected candidates
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in bench sales recruitment
