Required Experience - 2+ years of experience
- Should be willing to work in US timings (7:00 AM- 4:00 PM)
- Identifying requirements with the right skills which match's to candidates.
- Hands on experience on job portals like Monster, DICE, CareerBuilder, Zip Recruiter, Indeed etc.
- Good knowledge and understanding of IT Technologies Strong experience in US employment types Contract , Contract to Hire and w2.
- Clear understanding of the US Staffing Tax terms W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp and H1 Transfers.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc .
- Utilizing various sources available employee consultants on bench, resume database, employment web sites, referrals, own network, other recruiters, contractors.
- Negotiate pay rates with Vendors/Clients.
- Submit the candidate for required positions.
- Very Strong communication and inter personal skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- English written and verbal communication skills MUST be outstanding.
- Must have good skills to close the profiles as soon as possible.
