Job Overview
Indus Group Inc is looking for a Bench Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing the bench sales team and ensuring the successful placement of consultants on various projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry and possess excellent sales and negotiation skills. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- - More than 10 years of experience in bench sales and IT industry
- - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- - In-depth knowledge of IT staffing and consulting services
- - Strong network of contacts in the IT industry
- - Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- - Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities
- - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Roles and Responsibilities
- - Manage and mentor a team of bench sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to expand business opportunities
- - Identify and source potential consultants for client requirements
- - Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure their technical skills and qualifications align with client needs
- - Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients and consultants
- - Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities
- - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions
- - Collaborate with other departments, such as recruitment and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of projects
