Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bench Sales Lead to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As the Bench Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our bench of qualified consultants and project managers. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, building and managing relationships with consultants, and ensuring project staffing needs are met. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales and a strong network within the industry. This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of proven experience in bench sales
  • Strong network of consultants and project managers
  • Familiarity with various technologies and IT disciplines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand the bench of qualified consultants and project managers
  • Source and screen candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants to ensure their availability for projects
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and align the bench accordingly
  • Coordinate with consultants and project managers to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment
  • Monitor project staffing needs and proactively address any gaps
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our bench
  • Provide regular reports on bench utilization, availability, and performance
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consultants, projects, and client interactions
