Job Description: Summary:
The Bench Sales Executive will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, GC and Citizens) to potential clients and vendors. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales and negotiation skills to drive the placement of our consultants. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in bench sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Bench Marketing:
- Actively market bench consultants by building relationships with potential clients and vendors.
- Understand the consultant's skills, experience, and preferences to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach a wide audience of potential employers.
Client and Vendor Relations:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and third-party vendors.
- Regularly follow up with clients and vendors to track the progress of consultant placements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company and consultants.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing the US IT staffing market.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Present our services and consultant profiles to potential clients effectively.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and US immigration regulations.
Consultant Support:
- Provide ongoing support to bench consultants throughout the placement process.
- Prepare consultants for client interviews and help them present their skills effectively.
- Address any concerns or issues that arise during the assignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bench sales and marketing within the US IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of various work visas (H1B,GC, Citizens etc.) and their implications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Established network of clients and vendors in the IT staffing industry.
- Knowledge of latest trends and best practices in bench sales and marketing.
