As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Bench Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Description: Summary:

The Bench Sales Executive will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, GC and Citizens) to potential clients and vendors. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales and negotiation skills to drive the placement of our consultants. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in bench sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bench Marketing:

    • Actively market bench consultants by building relationships with potential clients and vendors.
    • Understand the consultant's skills, experience, and preferences to match them with suitable job opportunities.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach a wide audience of potential employers.
  • Client and Vendor Relations:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and third-party vendors.
    • Regularly follow up with clients and vendors to track the progress of consultant placements.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company and consultants.
  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing the US IT staffing market.
    • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
    • Present our services and consultant profiles to potential clients effectively.
  • Documentation and Compliance:

    • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Maintain compliance with company policies and US immigration regulations.
  • Consultant Support:

    • Provide ongoing support to bench consultants throughout the placement process.
    • Prepare consultants for client interviews and help them present their skills effectively.
    • Address any concerns or issues that arise during the assignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bench sales and marketing within the US IT staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of various work visas (H1B,GC, Citizens etc.) and their implications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Established network of clients and vendors in the IT staffing industry.
  • Knowledge of latest trends and best practices in bench sales and marketing.
