Job Description:

Work hours: US Central Time Zone We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bench Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in US Bench Sales/ IT Recruitment. The Bench Sales Executive will be involved in marketing our bench consultants and ensuring their successful placement with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and outline resumes precisely, formatting them as required.
  • Maintain a hotlist of available consultants and communicate with them daily to update them about submissions and interviews.
  • Utilize job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc., to identify potential opportunities for consultants.
  • Familiarity with US tax terms such as W2, Corp-2-Corp, and 1099, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with consultants, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
  • Excellent communication is the key.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Bench Sales/ US IT Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the US IT industry, job market, and recruitment processes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with consultants and vendors.
