Responsibilities:
Source healthcare professionals including Nurses, Nursing Assistants, and other allied healthcare professionals through Job Boards, social media, Networking, Referrals,
Handle requirements from various healthcare clients.
Work on W2, C2C,1099, and Direct Client requirements.
Be the first point of contact for the consultant and maintain monthly contact with the consultant.
Proactively seek out prospective candidates and grow the companys database.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task
Experience using online tools (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn and Facebook to search candidates.
Must have 3+ Years of experience working in US Staffing as a Lead Recruiter either healthcare or IT dealing with W2 candidates
Dynamic and result-oriented individual.
Dedicated and coordinate with the team toward assignments, learning savvy & innovative skills.
