We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
The Senior Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to prospective clients and vendors. This role involves working closely with our internal teams and external clients to identify and place skilled IT professionals in various job roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bench sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong network within the IT staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Sales:
Market bench consultants to direct clients, Tier 1 vendors, and implementation partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
Identify potential opportunities and proactively engage with clients to place bench consultants.
Recruitment and Placement:
Source, screen, and identify suitable job opportunities for bench consultants.
Negotiate contract terms, rates, and conditions with clients and vendors.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and follow up with clients and consultants.
Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with bench consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and availability.
Provide support and guidance to consultants throughout the placement process.
Foster longterm relationships with clients and consultants to ensure repeat business.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions, consultant placements, and sales activities.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and consultant status to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
0 to 3 years of experience in bench sales recruitment within the IT staffing industry.
Proven track record of successfully marketing and placing bench consultants.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and CRM systems.
