This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Recruiter at Elite WorkForce Inc located in Ahmedabad. As a Bench Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates who are on the bench and actively seeking employment. You will work closely with the sales team and build relationships with consultants to understand their skills, experience, and availability. You will also work with clients to understand their requirements and ensure a strong match between candidates and job openings.

• Prior experience as a Bench Recruiter or similar role in the staffing industry
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills
• Ability to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
