Behavioral Therapist Pediatrics

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral assessments and interventions for children with developmental and emotional challenges.
• Implement individualized therapy plans to address specific behavioral and emotional needs, such as managing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other conditions.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to provide holistic care and therapy.
• Engage parents in the therapeutic process to ensure consistent support and behavioral strategies at home.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working with children with behavioral and developmental disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults.
• Prior experience in a pediatric or developmental clinic setting is a must.
