Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Behavioural Therapist at HEAR N SAY Clinic. The Behavioural Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapy sessions for clients with behavioural challenges. They will also collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic care and support to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting behavioural assessments and developing treatment plans
• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques for addressing behavioural challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with individuals of different age groups and cultural backgrounds
• Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field
• Certification or training in relevant therapeutic approaches (e.g., Applied Behaviour Analysis)
• Experience working with individuals with hearing and speech difficulties is a plus
