Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, including skincare, makeup, and haircare recommendations
- Educate customers on the benefits of organic and sustainable beauty products
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate and promote the use of beauty products through in-store events and demonstrations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers
