We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-6 years of experience in the job market context of Pune . As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on beauty products and services, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening to and assisting customers in-store and online
• Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered and share knowledge with customers
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on products and services
• Demonstrate and apply knowledge of makeup, skincare and haircare products and techniques
• Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their needs and preferences
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
• Participate in trainings and workshops to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by working collaboratively and supporting team goals

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Certification or diploma in cosmetology or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of makeup, skincare and haircare products and techniques
• Ability to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
