Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Beautician who is also adept at receptionist duties to join our esteemed dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional beauty services to our clients while managing front desk operations efficiently. This dual role requires a passion for skincare, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Beauty Services:- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, massages and other skincare services as required.
Consult with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment.
Stay updated on skincare trends, products, and techniques.
Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient patient flow.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Verify insurance information and collect payments for services rendered.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events as needed.
Proven experience as a Beautician with expertise in skincare treatments and beauty services.- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or beauty-related setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and trends.- Certification or license in cosmetology or related field is preferred.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
