Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their beauty needs and preferences
- Discuss treatment options, advise on skincare regimens, and address client concerns or questions
- Beauty Treatments:Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including but not limited to facials, massages, body scrubs, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body wraps
- Use professional products and techniques to deliver high-quality services
- Skin Analysis:Analyze clients skin conditions and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products
- Administer facial treatments such as cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and moisturizing
- Waxing and Hair Removal:Offer waxing and hair removal services, ensuring a high level of hygiene and precision
- Provide aftercare advice to minimize discomfort and maintain smooth skin
- Manicures and Pedicures:Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and nail polish application
- Promote healthy nail care practices and recommend nail care products
- Massage and Relaxation:Administer various massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy, to promote relaxation and relieve tension
- Customize massages based on clients needs and preferences
- Product Knowledge:Stay updated on beauty and skincare products, trends, and techniques
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate products and provide product recommendations
- Sanitation and Hygiene:Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, following industry and safety standards
- Sterilize equipment and tools after each use
- Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
