As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in
driving the growth of our company by generating and qualifying leads within the B2B
space. Your primary responsibility will involve outbound prospecting, engaging
potential clients, and setting up appointments or opportunities for the sales team.
You'll be an integral part of the business development function, contributing directly
to the company's revenue goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or
related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar outbound sale, lead generation,
or customer-facing role is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and
pipeline management.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
and proficiency in using various communication tools.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, persistency in outreach efforts, and a
positive, proactive attitude.
