Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the technology sector, particularly in Customized App Development, Enterprise SaaS sales, Oracle managed services and staff augmentation.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the areas of Customized App Development, Enterprise SaaS sales, Oracle managed services, and staff augmentation.
Generating leads and achieving Annual Revenue of at least USD 500,000.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings and expand professional networks.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and business development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology sector.
Having experience of Sales deal closure of minimum value of 40-50k USD.
Having a strong existing database.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of Customized App Development, Enterprise SaaS Sales, Oracle managed services, and staff augmentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
