Job DescriptionPosition Objective:
To develop and cultivate strong alliances with educational institutions and employers to establish crucial connections, drive expansion, and elevate market presence, with the objective of increasing sales, revenue, and collaborations within the assigned territory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Building strong alliances with schools, colleges, and universities to promote organisation's programs and services by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
Building and maintaining strong connections with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
Planning and hosting webinars, seminars, and events for educational institutions.
Registering candidates on the organisation's platform solution.
Soliciting feedback from educational institutions to enhance our services and offerings.
Establishing solid relationships with employers in assigned territories to seek job opportunities to facilitate student placements.
Collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution of projects related to institutional connections.
Achieving and surpassing sales and revenue goals in the designated territory.
Staying informed on industry trends and competitors to identify partnerships and business development opportunities.
Identifying new opportunities to gain an edge over competitors and boost partnerships and revenue growth.
Job Requirement
Relevant Experience Range (In Years):
Institutional sales, Business development, Sales, Student sourcing, Channel expansion & management.
8+ years education industry in similar role
Having strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, employers, and channel partners.
Knowledge & Skills
Presentation skills, Public addressing in colleges, MS Office, PPT
Proficient in local language
