The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective BD and Marketing strategy to achieve the objectives of the firms business growth plans and helping to acquire new clients and expanding client relationships. We are looking for someone to join the team who has a very strong work ethic and a genuine interest in working for an ISP firm. Tejays Dynamic Limited is a category A (Unified) Internet Service Provider operating on PAN India basis headquartered at Jaipur, Rajasthan, and Corporate Office at Gurugram, Haryana. Tejays Dynamic Limited was started by a team of Professionals, who have experience and passion in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunications. Tejays Dynamic Limited is the leader in building communications infrastructure. We design, deploy and upgrade public and private networks. We are equally comfortable creating infrastructure in a big city or in a rural setting. We are serving the power sector of Rajasthan Government and We are Business Associates of major Telecom Operators for providing connectivity to various Govt. and Corporate entities across India. The successful applicant will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities Business Planning
Understand the Firms strategic plan and the business development objectives.
Assist in the development and execution of annual business plans for the Firm.
Review regional marketing and business development plans to ensure consistency and alignment with
Track business development activities carried out by Group members. .
Track all BD expenditures. Client Development
Proactively work with partners to target and develop clients so that the team is aligned with the Firms Firms objectives. Ideology.
Assist partners with client opportunities e.g. (background research, preparation of questionnaires, note taking/participation in visits with partners, etc.) and track these opportunities. Identify, organize, and evaluate strategic sponsorships. Identify, evaluate, and coordinate the Firms involvement with key memberships in relevant influential organizations.
Organize regular conference calls with regional and local BD/Marketing staff with responsibility for supporting the business team.
Maintain communications with the other teams within the BD department - client service team, pricing and legal project management team, media/comms, etc. Marketing Materials
Develop materials that can be used to consistently communicate with clients and prospective clients on the major topics of the team.
Understand the Firms marketing standards and consistently apply them in all aspects of their work.
Manage standards and procedures to ensure that the teams work experience (deals or matters) is Identify and develop marketing materials required by the team members. collected and maintained on a regular and timely basis.
Maintain up-to-date reports on awards, achievements, and rankings of the team. Bid and Proposal Submission Support
Collaborate with the bids team to proactively determine and understand to bid or not to bid.
Develop bid/proposal support materials, including descriptions of services offered, key client and matter lists, honors, and awards summaries, etc.
Develop responses to specific bids and proposals as needed. Personal & Technical Skills:

Relevant UG/PG/MBA degree
For BDM profile, 2 years or more experience is preferred in Internet/ Technology domain.
Competitive intelligence research knowledge.
Own vehicle. Salary- Dependent on previous experience, package and its negotiable.
