JOB DESCRIPTION :Business Development Manager/ Sales Head for Turnkey Projects/Sale of Project Machinery for West Africa Market, based at Ludhiana Spearheading entire operations with focus on International sales & marketing of Turnkey Projects for Cement,Carbinated Soft Drinks/Pure Water/Beer/Chemicals like Caustic soda/Pesticdes/Steel Rolling Mills etc.
increasing sales growth and driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals.
He must be BE/B.Tech Engineer with Techni-commercial skills and proven track record of International Marketing and Sales of Projects/Industrial Machinery- Both Turnkey & EPC projects preferably in Africa.
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations for Overseas Sales of project Machinery.
Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives for timely delivery of Turnkey Projects.
Heshall be solely responsible for maximum utilization of Human resource/International Marketing Team for Turnkey Project Sales for West African Marketsand achieve desired result.
Your performance shall be monitored based on Sales growth, Minimum Inventory level, cost control, Optimization of quality, Addition of NPD ranges, Budgeted manpower and Sustainable growth of profitability.
Implement SOPs, service strategy, cost management & quality initiatives to ensure top & bottom line profitability.
Participate in various activities related to
Achievement of Company Sales target for Turnkey Projects with payment collection through team.
Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping updated of market trends in Turnkey Projects and make strategic moves to increase the market share in West Africa Region.
Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving the business targets.
Preparing business development plan of the African region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.
Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst the team members.
Build and maintain a trusting relationship with Overseas Customers/Industrialists.
Communicate with employees about performance expectations.
Give useful feedback to employees.
Recruit, hire and on board new staff with the support of HR team.
Determine KPIs of your team and measure them on a regular basis and weave the KPI's in Appraisal System.
Adhere to company's rules and regulations
Stay up to date with latest market trends in business of Turnkey Projects, best practices and technology.
Location: Ludhiana Punjab Role: Frequent travelling to West Africa for Projects
Pckage: Best in Industry (Upto INR 60 Lakh for Right Candidate)
