Profile: Business Development Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Familiarizing yourself with all the services offered by the organization
2. Identify key people/ decision makers.
3. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the
marketing department.
4. Follow up initial sales contacts.
5. Present solutions and services to begin the sales cycle.
6. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are
retained.
7. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
8. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
9. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
10. Should be have good communication, interpersonal, business intelligence and
Networking skills.
11. Should be good in research and making of strategies.
