Role:Business Development / Sales

Responsibilities: -

ؠFinding right target, lead & prospects

ؠIncreasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones

ؠFinding and developing new markets and improving sales

ؠAttending meetings and ensuring they are met

ؠDeveloping quotes and proposals for clients

ؠTraining team members

ؠDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

ؠConduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

ؠArrange business meetings with prospective clients

ؠKeep records of sales, revenue, MIS reports & follow-ups

ؠBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements: -

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales, marketing

Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Facility Management / Manpower Supply / staffing Solution / Security Services Industry

Skills Requirement: -

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Proficiency in English with market knowledge

Communication and negotiationskills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills
