Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Must be very fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills are required, along with an outgoing personality that resonates well in luxury client and architect interactions.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, particularly within roles that demand direct customer engagement.
- Luxury Sales Background: Experience in luxury product sales is essential, demonstrating an understanding of high-end market dynamics.
- High Ticket Sales Experience: Must have substantial experience in dealing with high-ticket items, showing a capacity to manage and close large-scale deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with leads provided to convert them into hot prospects ready for sales closure. (sales closure will not be done by you, it will be done by a head of sales who you will report to)
- Design Coordination: Collaborate closely with our design team to design our Product in their plans and layouts
- Customer Engagement: Invite prospects to our experience centre, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively communicate the unique benefits of our products.
- CRM Management: Regularly update customer interactions and sales progress in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking of leads and customer engagement.
- Customer Retention: Maintain active follow-ups with ongoing clients to ensure their interest remains peaked and to prevent disengagement.
- Communication: Craft and send personalized messages and emails to clients as required to support sales and relationship-building efforts.
- Partnership Development: Visit architects offices to present the products and foster collaborative relationships.
- Collaborations: Initiate and manage collaborations with architects to enhance product reach and integration into high-end projects.
