Job Description

  • Generate newleads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, andreferrals, field sales
  • Develop andexecute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build andmaintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct presentationsto prospective clients like students, colleges, institutes or workingprofessionals
  • Negotiate andclose deals to meet revenue target
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitiveactivities.
  • Prepare sales reports andforecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with the sales team toalign efforts and optimize sales outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all salesactivities, including client interactions, sales transactions, and follow-upactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on salesperformance, market insights, and business development activities formanagement review.
  • Work closely other departments toensure alignment of sales and business development efforts.
  • Represent the company at industryevents, trade shows, and conferences to promote the companyofferings andnetwork with potential clients.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns raisedby clients in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • A bachelor degree with MBA in business administration, marketing, sales, or arelated field is typically preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Familiarity with sales and businessdevelopment tools, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and otherrelevant applications.
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Strong analytical skill, interpersonal skills andattention to detail
  • Proficient with computers
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed records
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Confident with client meetings and presentation
  • Should be well versed with locallanguages English, Marathi and Hindi.
  • HE/ She could have his/her own twowheeler to travel to client site
