Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Executive , you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
  • Generate and qualify leads to create a robust sales pipeline.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  1. Sales Pitch and Presentation:
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services and address client needs.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our offerings.
  1. Proposal Development:
  • Prepare and submit detailed proposals and quotes in collaboration with the sales and technical teams.
  • Follow up on proposals and negotiate terms to secure contracts.
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market dynamics and customer preferences.
  1. Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
