Job Description

Job Roles for Business Development Executive or Sales Executive:

Experience - 1+yr

Location: Saidapet, Chennai

Job type: Full time & Onsite

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to meet client needs.
  • Handling direct sales & Follow up with customer
  • Schedule discussions with prospects to understand their needs and decision making process criteria.
  • Supports the development of sales presentations. Make sales presentations to prospects for growing the clients in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor zone.
  • Strong process orientation and an understanding of sales process and review mechanisms
  • Should achieve a monthly target of at RM 55000 and a detailed incentive slab shall be presented at the time of your engagement.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and sales techniques.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote company offerings.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values and capabilities in the market.
  • Achieve sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide value propositions, handles objections, prepares proposals, Support agreements and closes sales by getting prospects commitments and advance payments as confirmation.
