- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to meet client needs.
- Handling direct sales & Follow up with customer
- Schedule discussions with prospects to understand their needs and decision making process criteria.
- Supports the development of sales presentations. Make sales presentations to prospects for growing the clients in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor zone.
- Strong process orientation and an understanding of sales process and review mechanisms
- Should achieve a monthly target of at RM 55000 and a detailed incentive slab shall be presented at the time of your engagement.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and sales techniques.
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote company offerings.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values and capabilities in the market.
- Achieve sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide value propositions, handles objections, prepares proposals, Support agreements and closes sales by getting prospects commitments and advance payments as confirmation.
