Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The BDE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services and digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry and digital marketing landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients to showcase our IT services and digital marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and business development activities to the management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT services or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
