Job Description

SpartanBots is looking for BDE - Online Bidder to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Client Acquisition:Identify and engage potential clients through online platforms and bidding portals
  • Generate leads and establish connections with prospects interested in the organization's products or services
  • Online Bidding:Participate in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant portals
  • Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and quotations to secure new projects
  • Market Research:Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings
  • Use market insights to tailor proposals and positioning strategies
  • Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing effective solutions
  • Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns
  • Proposal Development:Prepare detailed and persuasive project proposals, emphasizing the organization's unique value propositions
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create comprehensive proposals
  • Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Close deals and secure contracts for the organization
  • Lead Generation:Use various channels, including social media and email marketing, to generate leads and expand the client base
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contract details
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance to the management team
  • Collaboration with Teams:Collaborate with marketing, development, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery
  • Contribute to the improvement of sales and marketing strategies
  • Continuous Learning:Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in online bidding platforms
  • Attend relevant webinars, conferences, and training sessions
