digital experiences. We are hiring business development executives. To succeed in this role, you must be an attentive listener with an engaging sales personality, as well as a desire to pursue and close new business deals.
- Experience- Business Development (Fresher to Experienced)
- Language- English (preferred)
Research and analyze possible markets, industries, and clients to identify and develop new business prospects.- Generate leads through a variety of methods, including email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
Create and build good relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and giving appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure that both the company and the clients benefit.
Develop customised proposals, project estimates, and project plans in collaboration with the technical team.- Execute daily targets and contribute to the company's overall growth and revenue goals.
Provide the management team with regular reports and updates on sales efforts, pipeline, and market trends.
- Maintain a competitive edge by staying up to current on industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT industry.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to effectively articulate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical clients.
Proficient knowledge in using
freelance, PPH, fibre and Upwork.- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
