Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Arcitech. In this key role, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge SaaS products to corporate enterprises. This position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in SaaS product sales and a deep understanding of the corporate enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the corporate enterprise segment.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to enhance performance, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiation and contract signing.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch Arcitech's SaaS solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors strategies to adapt and inform sales approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive customer experience.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, showcasing revenue potential and sales strategy effectiveness.
- Participate in industry conferences, meetings, and other networking events to generate leads and promote Arcitech's SaaS offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in SaaS product sales, with a focus on corporate enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic ability to drive sales through innovative approaches and solutions.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
