Key Responsibilities:
- Market Insight: Develop an in-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including major projects, developers, and industry trends.
- Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients by phone to invite them to our exclusive Dubai Property Expos.
- Expo Assistance: Support clients at expos by facilitating introductions to developers and presenting top investment opportunities.
- Project Presentations: Deliver detailed presentations on various Dubai real estate projects to help clients make well-informed investment decisions.
- Sales Execution: Lead and finalize property sales with interested buyers.
- Post-Expo Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with clients after the expos, addressing their questions and discussing further investment possibilities.
- Lead Management: Keep thorough records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities to ensure effective lead management.
Qualifications:
- Open to Graduates and Postgraduates.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and working within a team.
- Confidence in presenting real estate projects in person and over the phone.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Ability to guide clients through the decision-making process effectively.
