KPL Tech Solution is seeking a full-time Sales Specialist who will be based at our office in Noida. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and persuading them to attend our conferences. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, communicating with clients, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or event sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Passionate about innovation and excited to learn about new industries and technologies
