Position Summary: As the Exports & Distributors Executive, you will be critical in expanding our footprint across international markets. Your responsibilities will span the entire sales funnel, from identifying and generating leads to converting them into long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
Research and identify potential distributors, retailers, and partners in target international markets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects in key global regions (e.g., Middle East, Europe,
Southeast Asia, USA, etc.).
Utilize tools like LinkedIn, industry events, and trade directories to identify and connect with high potential leads.
2. Sales & Business Development
Conduct outreach through emails, calls, and virtual meetings to present the brand, products, and
partnership opportunities.
Negotiate terms and close deals with international distributors and retailers.
Work closely with the marketing team to create tailored sales pitches and presentations for different
markets.
3. Market Analysis & Expansion
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Provide insights into local market requirements, including packaging, compliance, and pricing strategies.
Stay updated on global trade regulations and ensure all exports comply with legal requirements.
4. Relationship Management
Build and nurture relationships with international distributors, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
Act as a key point of contact for distributors, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Track distributor performance and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
5. Reporting & Collaboration
Maintain accurate records of lead generation, sales activities, and conversions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
Collaborate with the logistics, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of export
operations.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
o 0-1 years in exports, international business development, or B2B sales.
o Experience in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
Skills:
o Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
o Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful partnerships.
o Knowledge of international trade regulations, compliance, and documentation.
o Proficiency in CRM tools
