Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing innovative solutions.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the smooth execution of projects, from initial client contact to delivery.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently growing revenue and market share.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales materials to prospective clients.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecast and reports to the management team.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing structure.
Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and promote our brand.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Experience in end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
