Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set timeframe.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Basic computer proficiency.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
