Job Title: Business Development Executive

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a background in marketing or event agencies to join our team.
  • Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or event management, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities for business growth. Develop and execute strategies to approach and secure new business.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company. Prepare and present compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use this information to inform business development strategies.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, events, and other internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing and business development campaigns. Ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or event management, preferably in a marketing or event agency.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and event management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
