Are you a driven and dynamic professional with a knack for generating sales through freelancing portals Do you have a passion for national and international marketing If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE).

_Key Responsibilities:_
  • - Freelancing Portals Expertise: Utilize your experience in freelancing portals such as Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn, and others to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • - Lead Generation: Proactively generate sales leads through national and international marketing efforts, focusing on key markets including UAE, Australia, Canada, USA, UK, and Europe.
  • - Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • - Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • - Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • - Proposal Writing: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business deals.
  • - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.

_Requirements:_
  • - Experience:
1-3 years of proven experience in business development, particularly on freelancing portals like Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and LinkedIn.
  • - Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to generate sales from both national and international markets, with a strong focus on UAE, Australia, Canada, USA, UK, and Europe.
  • - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • - Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • - Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
