Job Description:
The BDE will support achieving a sales team goal & in the process be responsible for business development for organization. The
BDE is responsible to generate new potential customers / opportunities & work closely with prospects to grow their business to
increase market share & revenues while meeting strategic.
Preferred qualifications:
Post Graduate BBA or MBA or Equivalent degree is preferred
2+ years of experience in training domain
Experience working with customers located across India
Basic qualifications:
Demonstrated strategic thinking & go getter.
Minimum 2+ years of Sales experience in training organizations, with increasing influence and responsibility.
Program management with excellent organizational skills including time management, and meeting deadlines.
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to communicate effectively with
both business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;
researching and analysing sales options.
Achieve Weekly targets for meeting with New Prospects.
Manage and maintain a few existing key customers of the company by providing support, information, and
guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Improve the quality of Leads and fill pipeline with qualified leads
Sells products or services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending
solutions.
Flexible in dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email.
Planning and prioritizing the day to ensure all opportunities are maximised.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and
competitors
Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional
publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional
societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Keep updated with new targets or domains and achieve the targets assigned by the Business Head
