Job Description

Summary of the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern to join our team for a 3-month unpaid internship. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and sales while working remotely. As a BDA Intern, you will support our efforts in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to sales strategies. Successful performance during the internship could lead to a full-time employment offer. Upon completion, interns will receive a certification recognizing their experience and contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients through emails, calls, and meetings.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Track and report on business development activities, results, and progress.
  • Participate in virtual networking events and industry webinars to promote the company's offerings.
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

Qualification

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Previous internship or project experience in business development or sales is a plus but not required.
