We are hiring BD officer in Ahmedabad for a leading construction company.
Must have 4-7 years experience of -
Providing qualitative and timely lead for Tender Bidding and coordinate all marketing activities of the firm
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients based on companys business model and guidelines.
- Coordinate appointments, attending meetings and calls with Clients and senior management for business expansions and new opportunities.
- Preparing Project feasibility study report.
- Preparing and submitting accurate pre-qualification papers to various clients/consultants as per their requirements within defined timeline.
- Conduct risk assessment for tenders
- Entering the data related to BD in ERP
- Maintaining the MIS data and other records of the BD
- Assist with drafting business plans, presentations & other documents.
- Preparing offline Site branding plan & looking after its execution through coordination with other departments
- Coordination with external agencies for marketing material ideation, design, and implementation
- Filter and engage in relevant industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
- Timely Updating details on Company Website and other marketing material
- Preparation of Company Brochure & sample Corporate Presentation
- Lead Generation by means of websites, SEO, portals, and advertisements for real estate projects
- Coordination with all sites and departments for special events and planning photography for future branding
B.E Civil/MBA Marketing
Minimum 5 - 7 years
