For Business Development Manager and Business Development Executive
Key Accountabilities-
- Develops and executes sales strategies which result in exceeding revenue targets in digital by vertical and by accounts
- Works with Account Managers, Client Servicing Team and clients developing a result driven marketing solutions across multiple platforms
- Managing the sales team and client servicing team effectively to achieve revenue targets
- Work closely with account managers to oversee the execution of projects and to prepare sales pitches
- Attends sales calls/meetings with Account Executives to develop new accounts and maximize existing accounts
- Be an effective educator/trainer both internally and externally on digital tactics, benefits, and trends
- Assists with the recruitment of talented professionals
- In partnership with the Jr. Sales Manager, prepare and lead sales meeting.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Digital marketing agency experience mandatory
SALARY:
BD EXECUTIVE-RS 3 LAKH TO RS 5 LAKH PER ANNUM
BD MANAGER-RS 9 LAKH TO RS 12 LAKH PER ANNUM
