With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network and forging strategic partnerships within the E-sports industry. You will gain hands-on experience in business development, collaborate with industry professionals, and contribute to our growth strategy. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth, with a focus on training and development in the E-sports sector.
[Responsibilities]
- Identify and engage potential business partners and sponsors in E-sports.
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals and pitch decks.
- Maintain a database of potential partners.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
[Qualifications]
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Passionate about E-sports and Business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
