Job Title: Battery Assembly Technician/Engineer

Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Battery Assembly Technician/Engineer

with hands-on experience in the assembly and testing of battery packs. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in various methods of charging and

discharging, capacity testing, and experience with assembling battery packs

using Pouch packs.

Responsibilities:

Assemble battery packs, soldering of battery power cables & connectors,

ensuring precise and efficient handling of components.

Conduct charging and discharging tests using CC-CV and CC methods.

Perform capacity testing

Execute functional and performance testing of battery packs for Drones

Install and test temperature sensors and Battery Management Systems

(BMS) on battery packs.

Documentation and Reporting

Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing design processes,

methodologies, results, and conclusions.

Develop operating manuals with step-by-step instructions for assembly,

operation, and maintenance of battery systems.

Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and adheres to company

standards and regulatory requirements.
