Batch Plant Operator (Operator II)

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Batch Plant Operator (Operator II) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining batch plants to produce high-quality concrete and other construction materials. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain batch plants to produce high-quality concrete and other construction materials
• Adjust batching weights and quantities as per mix design requirements
• Monitor and control the production process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on batch plants and associated equipment
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and maintenance activities

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Batch Plant Operator or similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of concrete mix design and batching procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and schematics
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required
