Role Description
AVS Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong basic computer skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and possess the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration:
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents.
Computer Proficiency:
- Create, format, and edit documents using MS Word.
- Manage data and create spreadsheets using MS Excel.
- Develop presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint.
- Utilize email and other office software effectively.
Communication:
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Facilitate clear and effective written and verbal communication.
Support Tasks:
- Coordinate and support meetings, including setting up virtual or in-person meetings.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
